When we talk about bringing back good memories, there is nothing that beats watching old movies, when we see our favorite past time movie; it tends to bring back old memoirs and feelings. The Edmonton Eskimos survived a wild back and forth CFL shootout against the Calgary Stampeders before prevailing 38-35 to take over sole possession of first place in the CFL West. Ricky Ray hit Fred Stamps with a 23 yard touchdown pass with just nine seconds to play to earn the victory, erasing the lead that Calgary had earned with their own TD pass less than a half minute earlier. Edmonton improved to 4-3 with the win, while Calgary dropped to 3-4.

Wall-E has stolen the heart of many viewers. This post-apocalyptic robot is growing in popularity, and growing fast.

Mad Max 2, also known as the Road Warrior, is simply put, one of the greatest action films ever created. It might even be one of the greatest films of all time, period, depending on your perspective. It is, at the very least, one of the most well crafted films in existence, one of the most well told, with clarity and coherence even amidst all the chaos the story provides. This is the one that made Mel Gibson a household name, and certainly one of the must download movies of all time.

The best movie in the year 2000 was the hit film American Beauty. The film captured 5 Oscars including best picture. The film’s star Kevin Spacey also received an Oscar for Best Actor in a Leading Role.

The Darlington Raceway in upstate South Carolina is considered one of NASCAR’s most challenging tracks. It’s shaped like an egg and has earned the moniker ‘the track too tough to tame’. That applied to everyone except David Pearson, who won 10 races and took 12 poles at Darlington. These records will likely never be challenged, let alone broken. Pearson’s ability to get around the track was almost instinctive. In fact, he made it look easy.

The New Orleans Saints used a 14 point fourth quarter to defeat the Indianapolis Colts 31-17 on Sunday to win their first Superbowl in franchise history. Drew Brees broke open a tight game midway through the final quarter with his touchdown pass to Jeremy Shockey, and Tracy Porter scored on a 74 yard interception return as the Colts were driving on the next series to secure the victory. Brees completed 32 passes in the game, tying New England’s Tom Brady for the all time record in that category.
